Cycle Count is the process of regularly counting a small subset of inventory items in specific locations or categories, rather than performing a full physical inventory. It’s a key inventory control technique used to maintain ongoing accuracy in stock records without disrupting daily warehouse operations.

Cycle Count tasks can be generated by selecting a Zone, Location Range, or Item Range. Based on the chosen method, the system creates the cycle count task. Users initiate the counting task via the RF Count module and update the system with the count results. Any discrepancies are moved to a Lost and Found bucket for reconciliation and are managed through the stock adjustment process.
