Indicators are single-letter or short-code values stored in specific columns (e.g., status, recount_flag, is_deleted) that represent the state, type, or required action of a record in the system.

Storage Type Indicators Description
All Types (AL) Both inbound and outbound zone

Location Type Indicators Description
Single Item Storage (I) Storage location which only allow store one SKU.
Multiple Items Storage (M) Storage location which allows store multiple SKU.
Staging Storage (S) Temporary location, this includes inbound staging and outbound staging.
Door Storage (D) Location where nearby entrance and exit of the warehouse.
Forward Pick Storage (P) Small, high-access locations near the packing zone, holding fast-moving items in pick-ready condition. Regularly replenished from bulk zones.
Forklift Storage (F) Locations that require forklift access for pallet movement. Typically used for bulk, heavy, or high-bay storage areas.
Aisle Storage (A) Location where place items on shelves or pallets in a designated aisle.
Kitting Storage (K) Location where user performing kitting and de-kitting. Kitting is the process of grouping individual items together to create a complete set. De-kitting is reverse of kitting process.
Production Staging (R) A designated storage locations specifically used for items that are part of a manufacturing or production process.
VAS (Value-Added Services) Storage (V) A designated storage locations for items that are undergoing additional processing or services beyond standard storage. These services may include labelling on stocks.
Cross-Dock Storage (X) Temporary area for direct flow-through of goods from receiving to shipping without long-term storage. Minimizes handling and time in warehouse.
QA (Quality Assurance) Storage (Q) A designated storage location for items that are undergoing quality inspection or testing before they are accepted into inventory.
Sorting Storage (G) Used to temporarily hold and organize items by order, destination, or carrier before final packing or loading. Common in parcel and e-commerce operations.
Return Location (T) Dedicated for handling returned goods. Items placed here undergo inspection, restocking, repair, or disposal.
Print Station (H) Area equipped with label or document printers for generating shipping labels, invoices, or item tags during picking or packing stages.

PO Type Indicators Description
Purchase Order (PO) A standard order placed with an external supplier or vendor to procure goods.
Transfer Order (TO) An internal order used to transfer stock between warehouses or locations within the same organization.
Return Order (RO) An order for returning goods to a vendor or supplier due to defects, overstock, or other reasons.
Cross-Dock Order (CD) A type of PO where goods are received and shipped out immediately, bypassing storage.
Status Indicators Description
Open (O) The purchase order has been created and is awaiting receipt. Items may still be received against this PO.
Closed (C) All items in the purchase order have been fully received, and the PO is considered complete. No further action is required.
Cancelled (D) The purchase order has been voided or cancelled. No receiving or further processing will be allowed.

Task Status Indicators Description
New (N) The task has been created but not yet assigned to any user.
Assigned (A) The task is currently assigned to a user but has not been completed or closed.
Closed (C) The task has been completed and marked as closed. No further action is needed.

Sales Order (SO) Goods shipped to customers for sale or fulfilment
Transfer Order (TO) Inventory moved between internal warehouses or locations
Return Order (RO) Replacement goods shipped in response to a customer return
Claim Order (CO) Items shipped as replacements for damaged, lost, or warranty-claimed products
Work Order (WO) Goods picked and issued to support production, assembly, or repair activities
Cross Dock Order (CD) Inbound goods routed directly to outbound shipment without warehouse storage
