Order Picking is the process of retrieving items from inventory to fulfil outbound orders. It is one of the most labour-intensive and critical operations in the warehouse, directly impacting order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency.

Users scan the order number, prompting the system to retrieve the corresponding picking task and direct them to the assigned picking location. They then scan the location and item number to validate that they are picking the correct item from the correct location. Finally, users confirm the pick quantity based on the system-assigned quantity.

End to End Process Flow

1. From the mobile’s menu, go to Picking.

1. Choose Order Picking from the Picking menu.

1. Fill in the prompted fields accordingly.

• Scan/Select Pick Area.
• Scan Order Number.
• Scan Location ID.
• Scan Item Number.
• Enter quantity to pick.
• Scan Destination Container ID.

2. Picking Successful message is shown.
