Role Management defines the level of access and control each user has within the Warehouse Management System. It ensures secure and structured operations by assigning permissions based on responsibilities.

The system includes default roles to support common warehouse workflows:

Role Access Level
πŸ›‘οΈ Super Admin Full system access including configuration, user management, and master data.
βš™οΈ Admin Manages warehouse operations, users, and day-to-day activities. Limited system tenant config access.
πŸ‘€ User -
🧀 Worker Handles core operational tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, putaway, shipping, and cycle counting.

These roles help enforce accountability, streamline operations, and maintain data integrity across all warehouse activities.

How to Add or Modify Roles?

  1. Go to Administrator > Role Manage page from the side bar.

  1. Click on the β€œ+” button if you wish to add a new role with different permission settings, or click on the edit button to save the modifications you have made to the existing roles.
  2. Enter the name and description of a role if you clicked on the β€œ+” button.

  1. Click on OK and then a new role will be created.

  1. To configure the permission setting of the new role, you can click on the β€œEdit” button at the top right corner after checking the permissions to be granted to the new user. and then a pop up dialog for confirmation will be shown as below.

  1. Click OK then your modifications will be saved.
