In a WMS, "rules" refer to predefined guidelines and procedures that govern various operations and workflows within the warehouse. These rules help streamline processes, ensure consistency, enhance accuracy, and optimize resource utilization.

FIFO: First In, First Out (oldest stock used first)
FEFO: First Expired, First Out (earliest expiry stock used first)
BestQty: Location with the largest or most optimal quantity
LstQty: Location with the smallest or last remaining quantity

Rule Code	Rule Description	Purpose (User-Friendly Explanation)
`RPL_FIFOBestQty`	Replenish Best Quantity within FIFO	Replenish from the oldest stock (FIFO), prioritizing the location with the most optimal quantity.
`RPL_FEFOLstQty`	Replenish to Clear within FEFO	Replenish using the stock with the earliest expiry (FEFO), from the smallest remaining quantity.
`RPL_FEFOBestQty`	Replenish Best Quantity within FEFO	Replenish using the earliest expiry (FEFO) stock, choosing the location with the best quantity.
`Return_FIFOLstQty`	Return to Clear within FIFO	When returning items, place them in FIFO locations with the smallest quantities first (to clear partials).
`Return_FIFOBestQty`	Return Best Quantity within FIFO	Return stock into FIFO locations that already have the best (largest) matching quantities.
`Return_FEFOLstQty`	Return to Clear within FEFO	Return items to FEFO locations with the smallest quantities, clearing older stock with earliest expiry.
`Return_FEFOBestQty`	Return Best Quantity within FEFO	Return items to FEFO locations with the most optimal (largest) quantities.
`Put_CrossDockLoc`	Put to Cross Dock Location	Place items directly into cross-dock areas for quick outbound transfer—no storage needed.
`Pick_FEFOLstQty`	Pick to Clear within FEFO	Pick the earliest expiring items from locations with the smallest quantities to clear partials.
`Pick_FEFOBestQty`	Pick Best Quantity within FEFO	Pick earliest expiring items from locations with most stock to reduce pick frequency.
`Pick_FIFOLstQty`	Pick to Clear within FIFO	Pick the oldest stock from FIFO locations with the smallest remaining quantity.
`Pick_FIFOBestQty`	Pick Best Quantity within FIFO	Pick the oldest stock from locations with the best (largest) quantities.
`Put_SameItemLoc`	Find Same Item Inventory Location	Store items in locations that already contain the same item, to consolidate and save space.
`Put_PartialMultipleItemsLoc`	Find Partial Multiple Items Inventory Location	Store items in shared locations that already contain multiple different items, partially filled.
`Put_EmptyLoc`	Find Empty Location	Place items into completely empty storage locations.
